upgrade to PP2019 and Client installer

Hello,

I've just upgrade server from PP2017R2 to 2019.

In the Admin console, "Automatic Client Download" is already set to 'yes'

But, on the server Home page, "Install/Upgrade Client Software" link is disabled, and client installer "http://server:9944/clientinstall/clientsetup.exe" is Not Found on the server.

in PPSvrTestLog file, I can see that Allow Client Installation Downloads? NO

How can I update my client (Windows) from 17 to 19 ?
