Hi Folks,

I'm planning to upgrade pipeline pilot from 9.1 to 9.2 (on Centos 5.9)

previous upgrades I've had to deal with have been HF2 and 3 - which were relatively minor patches - this upgrade seems more extensive.

I can only find documentation on how to install from scratch 9.2 - is there an upgrade path documentation set for 9.1 - 9.2 or is a full redeployment the only upgrade path available?

Also, where can I find the support portal for PP?  I keep ending up aith the community forums (this) or old out of date downloads (7.5) - here can I submitt support requests? where has the support potal disappeared to?
