Unable to configure connection with server

Hello, we have recently purchased the academic version of Biovia Discovery studio.

successfully installed the pipeline pilot server and client on the same computer. But I am unable to configure the connection with server. Reached out support on multiple email IDs and finally I have been pushed here to post my problem.

I am in urgency to work on some task and badly need this software to be activated.

Would you please help quickly to configure the server with the client.
