I have tried the PP to solvate MHC calss1 PDB id 1w0v.pdb, it reports:
Server Error Report: "my" variable \$report masks earlier declaration in same scope at /home/Accelrys/PipelinePilot/apps/scitegic/dscore/lang/perl/Components/CreateCHARMmSolvationScript.pm line 28.
"my" variable %fileHash masks earlier declaration in same scope at /home/Accelrys/PipelinePilot/apps/scitegic/dscore/lang/perl/Components/CreateCHARMmSolvationScript.pm line 39.
"my" variable %tmplHash masks earlier declaration in same scope at /home/Accelrys/PipelinePilot/apps/scitegic/dscore/lang/perl/Components/CreateCHARMmSolvationScript.pm line 40.

actually, I have done this process in local DS2.5, it worked very well. Why?

This is a bug with PP 7.5.2:
Because I use windows version DS 2.5 and PP 7.5.2, I got the right results with the identical operation.
