Hi all,
I can't find anything in Pipeline Pilot (7.5) which reads in files in .sln (Sybyl Line Notation) format, like one can with .sdf, .mol, SMILES, SMARTS etc.
Whilst there is software that can convert SLN to SMILES (per say), it'd make things simpler if a 'SLN reader' component existed, to output a molecule.
The paper reference to the SLN notation is:
Sheila Ash et al (1997) SYBYL Line Notation (SLN): A Versatile Language for Chemical Structure Representation. J. Chem. Inf. Comput. Sci.
Thanks in advance,
Ed.
