This is a protocol that I presented at the recent Accelrys European User Group Meeting. It launches a browser-based mini-application that makes it easy to apply various different exploratory analysis techniques to the same data set.
You can choose among 8 different analysis methods. The collections they require are:
R Statistics (6 methods)
Advanced Data Modeling (2 methods)
To make this work out-of-the-box, save the protocol at the top level in your protocols tab. If you save it elsewhere, you'll need to change the value of the Work Protocol parameter in the two Input Form components. The Stat-o-Matic was built in Pipeline Pilot 7.5.
This is intended to be a prototype/demo/proof-of-concept/template (take your pick) rather than a finished application. It's simple to add a new analysis method: just add the method name to the component labeled "Put legal method values on stream," and add a new branch at the bottom of the protocol to perform the analysis and present the output.
