1. if i am running a protocol in my system and one of the software required for running this [a third party software., say ImageJ] is present in another system. can i collaborate with that use and run the protocol. i would like to do this since i want to know about how to do collaboration in pipeline pilot.

2. a protocol designed using PP will have an extension of .xml and is it possible to convert this xml file in to an exe file. if someone is interested in designing a software  using PP, Can someone illustrate me as how PP can be used to design a software
