Does anyone have available SMIRKS for common metabolic transformations in mouse, rat, dog, and
human for the purpose of generating the transformed molecules from a set of input structures?
If there are literature references with (hopefully) supplementary materials i.e., tables of SMIRKS,
that would be very helpful.
