Hello,

I joined a very simple protocol doing a substructure search (and the 2 molecules I am using).

The molecule used as substructure is the same as the other except it contains a "single or double" bond where it has a double bond in the other molecule.

So it should give me one result however the molecule is not considered as a substructure.

I'd like to know why and how to fix it.
