Hi All,
I am trying out the new Portlet Protocols available in SES7 and have built a fairly trivial protocol that retrieves some compound information from Oracle and displays it in the Liferay Portal demo app.
The Protocol requests a Compound ID and then calls itself to perform the retrieval and display, with the original text field and submit button displayed after anything the retrieval found.
The issue I have found is that if I click the Submit button to run the protocol it works fine, however if I enter the Compound ID and hit return to run the protocol the results are displayed on their own in the browser window, effectively outside Liferay. Clicking 'Back' in IE returns to the SES Portlets Demo page.
I've replaced the Submit and Input Form components with copies from one of the SciTegic examples on the offchance that they are different but the issue remains.
Has anyone else seen this?
