Generate a simple Sequence Annotation Web portal.

Allow annotate a DNA sequence using different parameters generating the result in different formats.

Features
- Creates logo on the fly.
- Allows multiple sequence format submission.
- Result sequence is displayed and converted into different formats.

You can submit your sequence as:
- Free text
- Fasta File (copy and paste into the free text area)
- Reading from files (guess the format based on the sequence extension).
- Fetch DNA sequence from GenBank using the sequence identifier (needs internet access)

The destination protocol will handle the sequence depending on the origin.

Analysis is performed with default parameters.

It is configured to be used from the expert client or webport.

- From the expert client start using ProtocolForm under Protocols->Web Services->Sequence Annotation->Utilities.
- From Webport use Sequence Annotation->AnnotationWeb

Installation:
Expand the file and save it into Protocols->Web Services
