Hi All,

Does anyone know of a good source to get sdf files if I have the common name of drugs?  I have a list of about a 1000 compounds I would like sdf files for and I really don't want to find them one by one.

Even better would be a current and complete list of drugs and their structures in a sdf file for all drugs currently or histocially approved for use by the FDA.  I'm guessing a file like this doesn't exist, but maybe someone here knows of something similar.
