Dear all,

you can find attached a node to calculate rotatable bonds following these rules:

it does not count -CF3 or -CHF2 or -CH2F as rotatable bonds

it does not count terminal bonds as rotatable

a bond between two sp3 atoms is rotatable

a bond between and sp3 atom and a sp2 atom is rotatable only if the sp3 atom is a C
