From the Accelerate14 meeting and a discussion with Dana and Pipeline Pilot users, there were some request for new modeling methods to be included in Pipeline Pilot, with support from Biovia (proper components). However as there are hundreds of methods a formal request with why "my method is the best" is needed to ensure that it is worth the time and effort.

This thread can be used to propose some methods you would like to see in PP, and please say why: examples, papers, advantages compared to existing methods... And hopefully Dana and his team will find some of the methods interesting and manage to have the time and the green light to spent time on them.

Also PP is currently using a large library from R, if the method is available from a R package it may be better.
