We've just completed a query capability mapper for the use with LMQS, part of the Cheminformatics Collection. This version will work with the version of LMQS that runs on Pipeline Pilot 8.0 (released in Collection Update 8.0.2 late last year). You can use the protocol to generate a query capability file to enable you to make a database available for searching and browsing in Pipeline Pilot and within the Database Search Client.

If you would like to dowload the mapper protocol to give it a try I have attached it to this message. Installation instructions can be found in the ReadMe file in the zip archive.
