Purpose: Generate a .pse session file for PyMOL Molecular Viewer (Delano Scientific) using structures on the data stream.

Requirements: Pipeline Pilot 6.0 or later, Chemistry collection, Integration collection

O/S: Windows, Linux (only for client-side component)

Limitations: client component can only be run from the professional Pipeline Pilot client; server version can be run through the web client but only on a Windows Pipeline Pilot server.

Installation and use:
1. Ensure PyMOL is installed on your client or server computer
2. Drag the components into the Pipeline Pilot client workspace.
3. Chose which one to use and specify the path of the PyMOL installation.
4. Connect the writer component to an SD reader and specify the location of the output file.
5. Run the protocol.
