We will be working on capabilities in PP and the platform to facilitate protocol publication, ie making protocols available to end users as web services, Web Port apps, or as plug-ins to Accelrys applications. In order to help us focus and get the requirements I’d like a better understanding of where your main challenges lie, e.g.:

• Validating the protocol is meeting corporate guidelines?
  
• Work through dependencies when publishing to a different server?
  
• Setting up automated testing of published protocols?
  
• A tool to guide you through the process so you know it’s done right?
  
• Better tools for check-in/check-out, versioning?
  
• Anything else?
