Hi,

I am calling a protocol remotely through Ajax, and the protocol returns a temporary-file url constructed using the \\\$(RunId). However, the jobs directory on the server indicated by the \\\$(RunId) value never exists (or is instantly cleaned-up/removed?) inside the relevant jobs/ directory.

An example returned \\\$(RunId) is 47FEDC2F-SYNC-48D8-9F28-0BFC65E12F62.

All such \\\$(RunId)'s have "-SYNC-" in them, which I've never seen before.

Any thoughts/ideas/help would be greatly appreciated.
