Greetings.

I am one of the CHPC discovery studio users. I am trying to prepare a  ligand that has metal atom for docking but the prepare ligand always  fail. The prepare protein also fail if my protein contain metal atom.  How do I make use of the metal template in order  to prepare either my ligand of protein which contain metal atom for docking.
