Hi,

After a Local BLASTn, it seems that using  'Similarity Search Viewer' or 'Alignment Viewer' (Text or JalView 2) the reversed alignment are not well display.

In the 1st viewer the query is reversed with bad positions, and in the 2nd the subject is not reversed (showing then a bad alignment).

There is no problem with alignment in the same strand.

This is very annoying !

Any tricks to correct it ?
