Hi! I'm a new user of Pipeline Client which was introduced to our research group.

I'm not quite sure about the input parameters in the Pipeline Client. I'm not having the same difficulty using the program in the server itself.

In the Input Receptor, I load the receptor file containing the conformations of the ligand that I want to grow. However, for the Input Ligand Scaffold, I don't know how to specify that the ligand input I want is in the receptor file, where I want it to grow.

Sorry, I'm a novice at this.
