Hi,

It is nice to have the openphacts collection , but the query using compounds can be a quite long to run, and I was wondering if it is the PP collection or the openphacts server.
The example protocol Find Targets for Compound, which looks for a single compound and find its targets takes 1min20 with most of it being the structure search.
And the protocol Substructure in Serine Protease Assays Example takes even longer.

Is this an expected behaviour?
