G'day,

I'm using Pipeline Pilot 7.5.2 and the client has repeatedly failed to start leaving the following in the log file:

[Thu Dec 09 10:20:33 2010] Pilot Error: SOAP Error code: -1

[Thu Dec 09 10:20:33 2010] Pilot Error: soap_call_sci__GetPackageNameMap() failed

[Thu Dec 09 10:20:33 2010] Pilot Error: CLocatorSoap::GetConfigurationSettings: Pipeline Pilot exception caught

[Thu Dec 09 10:20:33 2010] Pilot Error: CViaNetApp::SetPackageNameMap: Pipeline Pilot exception caught

Today the client started up but when running protocols I routinely got the message:

No server process: Lost connection to server

and these messages were left in the client log file:

[Fri Dec 10 11:38:38 2010] Pilot Error: SOAP Error code: -1

[Fri Dec 10 11:38:38 2010] Pilot Error: soap_call_sci__SetJobStatus() failed

[Fri Dec 10 11:38:38 2010] Pilot Error: CRunnerSoap::SetJobStatus: Pipeline Pilot exception caught

[Fri Dec 10 11:38:38 2010] WARN: CViaNetDoc::RunStatsSOAP Error

I'm using Pipeline Pilot remotely so am wondering whether this is a timeout?  I get the message rather promptly though (~10sec).
