I'm trying to use snpEff component.(Predict Variant Effects) in NGS analysis pipeline. (PP9.1.0.13)

What version of snpEff is it ?

This looks not working as the lastest (3.6 available since May) where it can use VCF files as input and snpeff databases downloaded from sourceforge as repository.

Is there an upgrade for this available ? I have loaded "03 GATK Variant Detection" protocol but any other samples would also be useful
