Accelrys is excited to announce the availability of two new mobile applications designed to accelerate innovation and collaboration with mobile access to tasks and projects, both in the cloud and on-premises.

ScienceCloud Tasks enables scientists using the industry-standard Accelrys Pipeline Pilot scientific authoring application and the Pipeline Pilot Mobile Collection to rapidly build and test mobile-ready protocols supporting key life science tasks and deploy them to mobile users in a networked organization.

The application also works with local, on-premises Pipeline Pilot deployments, supporting mobile workflows in server-based environments.

ScienceCloud Projects allows collaborative teams to communicate around research projects via mobile devices. Mobile-enabled scientists can access and search real-time project data, engage in conversations, post and read project-related social media-like updates, and receive instant notifications of new information.

The ScienceCloud Tasks and ScienceCloud Projects applications are available now as free downloads from the Apple App Store on iTunes.
