Hi Everyone,

I have some Pipeline Pilot Protocols that have the input parameter Source in the format of a "URLType". This enables the selection of multiple files at a time which I then exploit for SourceTagging - FileName and data manipulation.

When I have tried to embed these protocols in Materials Studio I have faced a critical issue. Unfortunately, the format "URLType" can only be used to select one file at a time in a dropdown menu rather than the comma separated format in Pipeline Pilot. Is there a way to feed multiple data sets into a Pipeline Pilot Protocol in Materials Studio which does NOT remove the SourceTag - FileName "uniqueness" in the way selecting a zipped folder which contains the multiple files does?
