When i process a PDF document using a SPP protocol (version 6.5 or 8.0) to copy in to our document management system, the file's MIME Type is getting defaulted to "application/octet-stream" instad of  "application/pdf". This causes the file icon appears as a non PDF document. It appears to me that SPP is coverting the MIME type of the source PDF somewhere along. There is no issue with other document types like Microsoft Word, Excel or Power Point files. It only happens with PDF documents.

Is there a way we can enforce the protocol to keep the native MIME Type as is? If so can you let me know how to go about it.
