Purpose: This component will calculate the Kullback-Leibler divergence between two histograms. The Histograms need to come from the Generate Histogram component. Also included is an example protocol.

Installation:

1. Unzip the archive.
2. Import the KullbackLeiblerDivergenceCalculator component into your user tab in the Pipeline Pilot client by dragging and dropping it in the Explorer window.
3. Open the KullbackLeiblerDivergenceCalculator_Example protocol.
4. Run the protocol.
