The Gene Expression IPA Analysis Viewer is now available. This component will upload and perform an IPA core pathway analysis of your Pipeline pilot Gene Expression Collection results. The Gene Expression IPA Analysis Viewer component is a significantly enhanced version of that posted by Nancy Latimer, 17 March, 2008. You can now easily define your identifier, expression measured-value properties, and p-value reference set. In addition, you can define the IPA location, data file and analysis names.

Also included in the attached zip file is an example using the Gene Expression IPA Analysis Viewer to view differences between T-cell and a subtype of B-cell ALL.

This component utilizes functionality available in Pipeline Pilot 7.0 and will not work with earlier Pipeline Pilot versions.
