It's come to our attention that the new version of Firefox 3.0 (released yesterday) causes a serious issue with the webport.
When the webport link is clicked from the server homepage, this error occurs:
SOAPCall is not defined

Url: https://:/bin/lang/javascript/ppweb.js
and the webport CANNOT BE USED.
From the information I have, this is due to the fact that no current Firefox developer wanted to maintain the code for SOAP support so they left it out of this release.
They may make this functionality available as an add-on in the future but in all likelihood this is going to require some significant code changes.
For now we would strongly advise against upgrading to FF3.0.
