Hello Accelrys Users

Does any body know to identify the common chemical compounds between 2 sdf files and in particular write those compounds to a separate "output.sdf" file.

Also it will be great, to identify the duplicates or repeated chemical structures within a sdf file and write them into a separate output file.

However identifying common chemical compounds between 2 sdf files is much needed now.
