Inspired by Lee's post, I'd appreciate if I could see the contents of a subprotocol by a hover via a pop-up, while still "in" the main protocol display (and then in that pop-up window, do the same thing if I have multiple layers of subprotocols in my protocol). It's annoying to have to double-click and close windows through multiple layers; it would be easier if I could just hover/click and then maybe have an "edit" button that lets me actually get to edit the subprotocol directly. Then close that edit box and boom right back at the top layer. Yes I know I can use the submenus under the editing tab, but frankly they're confusing and take more time as closing everything if I have more than one subprotocol layer open.
