The joint protocol shows how to upload a simple interaction file (SIF), create and display the corresponding daga graph into pipeline pilot.

Data is obtained directly on internet, if your pipeline pilot server is not properly configured to access internet, please download both annotation and interaction files prior to run the protocol.

This protocol first reads the annotation file, corresponding data records will become nodes in the network. It then reads the interaction file to build network's edges. Any target node (column3) not previously declared in the annotation file is discarded.
