Hi,

I have a XDF created by Isentris (v4.0) which contains mutliple (activity) records for each structure record.

When I try to read the XDF in Pipeline Pilot (v8.5.0) using the "Isentris XDF Reader" it reads/shows only the LAST of the (activity) records for each structure.

Does someone know how to read XDF with mutliple (activity/sub) records per structure?

Background: I integrated an Oracle copy of ChEMBL into our local Isentris and created a Form which contains for each structure the activity data as a Table in the Form. I used the Form for the query as Isentris lets you combine multiple queries quite nicely. The plan was to exported the final query to XDF and use PP to generate structural clusters and a PDF report..... I tried the XML (Generic) reader but that puts everything into one entry... The only work-around I found was to go via Excel and use Isentris for Excel Reader, but I am sure there must be a better way...
