how to halt protocol if we press CANCEL button on "ask question" component ?

in current scenario, if we hit cancel button on ask question comppnet then it goes to next pipeline .

i have created one ask question component for yes no and cancel and i have also used custom manupulator for haltprotocol but if i hit cancel it doesnt halt , it goes to the next pipline ...

can any body ans my question.
