Currently, i have download the whole MDDR database which is more than 200K, and I need to extract some molecules from MDDR database which is in SD file base on their EXTREG No, i have text file contains the EXTREG NOs for those molecules need to be separated.
what i mean i need to filter the SD file base on EXTREG NO.
So do you know any way or script can do that.
Another thing, the MDDR data was downloaded in form of multiple files with sequential names (for example, 1.sdf, 2.sdf, ....400.sdf) , so do you know any way to append all of them in one file.
