I am trying to figure out how to run a protocol from the command line on linux using the runprotocol tool, where multiple protocols with the same name reside inside specific folders in the Protocols tab in the Pipeline Pilot client. For example, if I have two protocols each named Test in the following folders in Protocols tab:
My Protocols
|--ProtocolFolder1
| |--Test
|--ProtocolFolder2
|--Test
How, using runprotocol, can I run each of these protocols? If I execute "runprotocol Test" one of them runs, but I do not understand why one is called instead of the other, and I cannot figure out how to run one specific protocol. If I try 'runprotocol "My Protocols/ProtocolFolder1/Test"' I am told the protocol is not found. I have tried numerous other permutations of the same. I am aware that I could export each Test protocol as XML files and run those, but this is not an acceptable solution for my use case. Any tips out there on how to do this? I found the existing community postings (i.e. the one on running protocols as scheduled tasks) and help document (Running Protocols from the Command Line - very difiicult to find this in the help system) to be wholly unenlightening on the subject.
Thanks!
