How can I have the right to use 3DSupport App as a pipeline pilot customer?

It's really a bad experience that I just can't get enough support as a customer. We had a lot of problems when using the pipeline pilot. But no one can help us solve it. Someone in this web told me to feel free to contact us in support regarding this issue by filing a support request at

But I just found I have no right to enter it.

The agent in china said I of course have no right to ask the support in the web. I should ask them. But I asked them several months ago, they can't solve it. Can anyone told the right way to get the technical support from pipeline pilot?
