Has anyone attempted to create a PP protocol that can perform hierarchical clustering with visualization?
By this, I mean that one would be able to visualize (tooltip popups?), not only the molecules in the lowest
branches of the hierarchical tree, but as one goes "up" the tree, one could easily visualize the molecules that
are in the higher and higher branches. This would permit a visual analysis of the manner in which the
molecules are organized from the lowest to the highest branches (increasing generality).
Alternatively, if there were some way to obtain structures and branch numbers e.g., 1.2.3.10, or something
similar that information might be interpretable by other visualization software.
