Purpose: This example shows how one can integrate plotting functionality available in GNU Plot as a Pipeline Pilot reporting component. This would allow access to certain plots that are not currently possible through the Pipeline Pilot Reporting Collection components.

Requirements: Pipeline Pilot 6.0 or later with Reporting Collection license
GNU Plot (tested with version 4.2)

Installation:

1.Install GNUPlot (available from http://www.gnuplot.info/) on the Pipeline Pilot server.
2. Import the protocol by dragging and dropping the file in the Pipeline Pilot work area.
3. Both plot components have a parameter called GNUPlotPath that should be set to point to the location of the pgnuplot.exe executable (typically C:\\Program Files\\gnuplot\\bin\\pgnuplot.exe).
4. Run the protocol.
