I don't currently have access to the data modelling or R collections, but I do have a number of work flows set up in R scripts of my own.  I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions regarding the best way to output PP fingerprints, particularly extended connectivity functional class fingerprints, so that they could be used in R.  I use the R CDK package which has some functions implemented for working with fingerprints.  I'd welcome any advice/comments on using PP fingerprints outside the PP environment.
