I have a database of drugs with the UniProt codes for their protein targets associated to the compounds. I would like to classify them by protein family; since InterPro allows searching proteins with the UniProt codes, I would like to use these codes to extract the protein family membership assigned by InterPro and save it in a new property in PP. E.g. for the UniProt code P04035, the InterPro webpage of the protein is http://wwwdev.ebi.ac.uk/interpro/ISearch?query=P04035; so I would like to create a new property in PP ("Protein Family" for instance) containing the name "Hydroxymethylglutaryl-CoA reductase, class I/II", which is found under the heading "Protein family membership" in InterPro.
