SD files made from enamine store (V2000 format) don't read/display correctly in pipeline pilot. Can anyone have a solution to fix this issue?

Did the following:
(i) Went to https://new.enaminestore.com/draw-search 

(ii) Drew pyridine (any structure is fine) and searched substructure and downloaded the file. It will be downloaded as result-search.sdf
(iii) Took the files to pipeline pilot to read and process -> noticed structures don't read property.

(a) First problem is the entire SD files is read as one molecule! Which I fixed by unchecking "SD Format Options -> Properties can contain \\\$\\\$\\\$\\\$".
(b) Molecules have dashed lines as query. Does anyone know how to fix this?
