Purpose: Filters a data stream by data from a second stream which is tagged as query stream.

Typical application is filtering records by a list of IDs, but the component can also extract particular structures from a data stream which were coded i.e as Smiles (if case-sensitive comparison is enabled). The query stream has to be tagged. The properties used for comparison of the query stream with the data stream have to be defined.

Requirements: Pipeline Pilot 7.0 or later

Installation:

1. Unzip the archive.

2. Import the Component into your user tab in the Pipeline Pilot client by dragging and dropping it in the Explorer window.

3. Open the Example protocol by dragging and dropping it in the Pipeline Pilot workspace.

4. Run the protocol.
