I have the following structure:

I want to use to do a substructure search, however to accelerate a bit the process I usually check the number of atoms.

But here it will tell me there are 5 F and 0 Cl which is not correct as there could be only 3F.

I use a molecule from CTAB component to get the info on the structure.

Is there a way to get a more relevant number of atoms for these "OR group"?
