Hi Pipeline Pilot Community!

Last year I successfully used Pipeline Pilot to analyze 1,300+ surveys on the impact of covid-19 on professional women’s unpaid carework. We wanted to get the insights disaggregated by demographic group (e.g. career level, age, country of residence…) and PP’s box plots as well as the script developed by @AC to analyze the likert scale results were instrumental.

We also had an open-ended question in the survey that got us fantastic insights. The question was:

“Is there anything else that you want to share about how the pandemic is impacting your professional life?”

However, other than sharing some of them verbatim in a webpage (you can see some of the quotes here), I couldn’t find a way to extract more insights from the 400 comments we got.

[ASK] Does anybody have experience using ML to get insights from open-ended comments? Thanks in advance for any guidance you can provide!
