Purpose: This protocol checks that a supported version of R is installed on the Pipeline Pilot server and referenced by the R_exe environment variable. It also presents packages installed within R and that all packages required by the Pipeline Pilot R components are installed. For information on installing R or any missing packages, see R Statistics Component Collection Guide.

Limitations: The list of supported versions of R is hardcoded... So you will have to update the list to match with your release (get it from the original Check R Installation protocol)
