I have recently upgraded to PP9.1 from 8.5. I have found a problem with the mol2 reader for certain files. When reaching this component, it tries to read the file for maybe 10seconds and then the protocol status changes from "Running" to "No server process", without any data coming out of the pass or fail port. For other files it works fine, but these files used to work correctly in 8.5.

I've tried using a text reader and then "Molecule from mol2" instead but I get the "no server process" error again.

Can anyone tell me what changes have been made to the components? Have they become more sensitive to the text format?
