Purpose: This protocol allows benchmarking multi cores / CPUs servers. Results can be submitted on a web site. In addition, if the protocol is edited and the benchmarked subprotocol is replaced by an other, the protocol can be used to find an optimal batch size for the new subprotocol.

Instructions:

1) Unzip the archive.
2) Import the xml file into your user tab in the Pipeline Pilot client by dragging and dropping it in the Explorer window.
3) Don't forget to modify the "Maximum number of simultaneous parallel processing subprotocol jobs allowed" value in the administration portal if you have more than 2 cores.
4) Open the protocol and set the "Number of Processes"
parameter to the total number of cores of your server.
5) Run the Protocol.
