In the setup of your LMQS administrator and users you need to edit the Admin Portal's -> Security -> Roles page. Here is an example:

Important note: If you are entering more than one user or group for any role, you need to seperate the Users or Groups by a semicolon. Comma's are not a substitute for semicolons. If, by mistake, you use a comma you will not get an error; however, your Role assignments will not work.
